Stories in Motion brings together three animated shorts with black-and-white drawing styles. The films explore emotion, energy, and connection through movement and visual rhythm. The black-and-white style is part of my visual identity and gives each piece a subtle noir vibe.

Dance Animation Series

A series of contemporary, folk, and modern dance animations. I experiment with how music shapes character movement and controls timing and pace.

Testarossa Winery

Hand drawings of bottles add a personal touch to brand presentation videos. GIFs use brand colors and bottle shots to create engaging content for social media. Each piece keeps the look consistent while adding personality to the visuals.

"Leaky People" Animated Short

"Leaky People" by Olena Kovtash, with haunting imagery of sad spindly faceless people, was the most emotionally impactful selection, and my personal favorite. Set to the weepy track, "El Jardin" by Hermanos Gutiérrez, the simple animation depicts the gut wrenching pain and subsequent emptiness faced when being overlooked, rejected and ignored."

An animated short where a human heart, gifted for a birthday, is unwanted, abandoned, and treated like something disposable. Meant to be vital and precious, it's reduced to a common object - while everyone walks around missing what once made them whole.

Work In Progress

These animations show the drawing process itself. Lines appear, shapes form, and compositions grow in real time. The work reveals how ideas develop and evolves on the page.
